You can put a flexible adhesive and maybe even tape over the hole on the outside for a temporary fix, but the hole will widen from the inside when inflated and or deflated. If you install ubuntu (or any other OS) inside a VM, your files will not be touched. As far as the OS and programs are concerned it is a new machine. There will be some stuff shared, like internet connection, but your files on the real hard drive will be fine. All of the VM data will be stored in 1 virtual hard drive file. So to blow away the VM all you have to do is delete the virtual hard drive file (.vhd).

I hollered to my partner to get down as I dropped to the floor after all, this is a restricted site for fire arms therefore, I do not carry a weapon while working this facillity. 911 was called and on site immediately and the German was hauled off the premmisis. Later we found out that his gun had jammed and only had one bullet in it.

How do I get rid of the smell of decomp in my car?

A mouse (we're pretty sure) got into the vent opening behind the battery and apparently died in there. None of us want to use that car - it's smelled horrible for about a month now. Even with the windows and sunroof open. It's worse when the air is running through the vent - the a/c, heater, or just outside air. My husband tried to get to it from both the inside of the car and under the front hood but is unable to access the area. Does anyone have any ideas or has anyone dealt with a thing like this before? I'm afraid it will be extremely expensive if we take it to the dealership to have the vents pulled out and cleaned, if they even do that, it would take lots of labor hours. The car is a nice car, a 2004 infiniti M35X - if that would help anyone out there with any knowledge of this type of vehicle. Thanks for any help you can give us.

Fibromyalgia???

Does anyone have any tips, ideas or treatments that have produced results. I have had this since about 2001or 2002. I have not met any other person that has this aside from online.(small town) I did a focus group for pain and it was suggested by another person that has it that I should try Malic Acid. I have been taking it for about a month. The pain that I have all the time is in my back (upper), my neck & shoulders. I occasionally get other pain in my pinpoints but that isn't everyday like my back. I take pain medication, I use Bio Freeze, I get manipulation, I take muscle relaxers and I use a heat sock. Plus we are getting ready to move into a place that has a hot tub. I am getting very frustrated with the pain. So I am asking for any suggestions from anyone else that has found relief. What type of pet is right for me?

A dog or a cat is off limits. I've looked into lots of different types of pets but I have yet to find one that is right for me. I want an odorless pet but I don't want a fish or a turtle, I want a social pet. I don't want a pet that requires huge amounts of care but I'm willing to care for it. Read the labels. Almost any food you buy that's processed has additives that you don't want or need, along with too much sodium. Problems with AVG anti-virus

i installed AVG a little while ago on my computer because it had some viruses...duh. it worked for a day and now viruses are building up in my resident sheild detection...it's all the same virus, this Win32/Heur. and i go to click remove selected threats or remove all threats and a window pops up saying files cannot be healed because virus vault has reached maximum file count limit...so now i have79records in the resident sheild detection. BUT when i go to check on my virus vault to delete it's contents......nothing is in there....so i cant click on the delete option .......help me...

I throw up a lot, with blood in my stool...what is causing this?

About 3 years ago, i started throwing up. No warning, no pain, i would be working, break into a sweat and vomit. No pain, no warning...I went to the ER, they claimed it was acid reflux...the anti naseua meds they gave me did NOT work, the script for the acid reflux made no changes. Then 5 visits later (roughly 3 months) they gave my gallbladder an ultra sound. The said it needed to be removed, no gall stones, just some sludge. By this time, i was having chest pains, and was throwing up 4-5 times a day, surprisingly, i lost no weight..So they removed my gall bladder...found nothing wrong with my gall bladder....and in all actuality, it made my situation worse, now instead of just throwing up, i was throwing up, and using the bathroom as soon as i swallowed anything. My job at this time decided they had no more patience. I was fired..The doctor that took my gall bladder out gave me a series of tests...they put a camera down my stomach,found an ulcer, it still did not stop me from vomitings, then they had me take a test that included me walking around for 24 hours with a tube down my throat, i didnt make it 24 hours, as i threw up, and the tube came out. This has not been resolved, i can't work because once i start sweating, im throwing up, once i start doing anything usually. oddly, if i chew gum, sometimes it helps fight the urge to vomit. 5 days ago, it has gotten worse...i throw up every day, instead of every 2-3 days, i throw up if im doing anything or not, ive had diarrhea with blood in my stool...my stomach feels like its burning. my chest still hurts...i filed disability, and im at my wits end. i dont want to be disabled, i loved working, and i had a great fun high paying job, (good year tire company). Now im reduced to unemployment, and i cant keep my food down long enough to work. i need help. im desperate.

I live in Colorado and was in an accident a couple of months ago. I was crossing an intersection with a two-way stop. I had the stop sign. I did stop and check for traffic. There were several cars parked along the curb and made it difficult to see. As soon as I was sure it was clear, I proceeded through the intersection. About mid-way through, I saw a black car heading toward me. The driver made no attempt to slow down. He sped up actually. He finally slammed on the brakes when he was about 100ft away, but he hit the back end of my car anyway. My car spun a complete 180 degrees. Police and EMTs were on scene within a few minutes. An exam was done and they determined that my back was strained and my shoulder might have some separation so I was taken to the hospital. Several hours later, a police officer showed up and gave me a ticket for failure to yield. The other guy's insurance company wants me to pay for the repairs to his car (nearly $8,000). I finally received a copy of the police report. Under the heading for Primary Violation it says: Driver of veh 1 (that's me) took row at stop sign. Driver of veh 2 (that's him) DUI. So my question is: am I really at fault if the other driver was drunk at the time of the accident?

We are looking to do a cheap basement remodel. We purchased a house that has a partially finished basement. Its also human nature to have a closer bond with a biological child than a step child. That will always be an issue that will never change. They may love the child unconditionally but that doesn't change the fact that it is not his. It doesn't have to be a bad thing. The older child should have more responsibilities because the child is older...the younger one should also have some...but that is nonsense. It sounds like the mother is favoring the older child as well. I would tell your friend if she can work it out then she should stay and work it out. There is a difference between over discipline and abuse. Abuse is a strong word and can affect many aspects of a parent/childs life. When someone uses that word and puts it all over the internet...or around town or family..then people never forget it. They all need counseling...together. Seperating at this point will only make the children think its all their fault...and that would be very damaging. Also, verbal , emotional or physical...its all the same. If she is trying to work on herself...well, thats great, but she needs to work on everyone. If it is not too heavily coated it is pretty easy but time consuming to just spray with hot water and use a scr or drywall knife. Do small areas at a time soaking with hot water softens and dissolves the compound and makes it easy to remove the majority of it. Some sanding will be needed for a real smooth ceiling along with some repair. I did this to mine and it looks so much better.

After a certain amount of time a person will use a medication and then build a tolerance that causes your pain not to be relieved. I have been taught that id you are in unbearable pain, do not wait that long before taking your stronger medication. If you wait the pain worsens, your body goes into a state of pain that is going to cause that much longer to get the pain under control.Your body is going from one extreme to the other and your life will become centered aroung your pain. I am taking fentyl600mcg every 6-8 hours. So far my pain management doctor has helped me control the pain for the most part. We do talk and connect personally each month if not earlier than that.My doctor is extremely CAUTIOUS about my medications. It would probably be good to speak with your doctor. I have also found that my therapist has helped me cope with my pain. If you are not sure about the procedure to follow, discuss it with your doctor. Sometimes, yes we become addicted to certain meds, your doctor should explain this to you.I'm sure you probably believe that if you are taking a narcotic then you will become a HORRIBLE DRUG ADDICT. You will hear both sides but do what is correct for you. Be certain that you have a reputable doctor and always let them know of your pain and if the pain is controlled or is breaking through before the next dose is needed.. I think Russian would be easier for you to learn. It is a flective language (with 6 cases) and the cyrillic alphabet is easy to learn, while Finnish has 15 cases and is also an agglutinative language! By the way, Finnish is NOTHING LIKE English or French, it's not even an Indo-European language! (which Russian is, meaning it is closer in structure and vocabulary to western European languages). Finnish is only related to languages like Hungarian and Estonian (also not Indo-European). Anyway, learning Russian may be difficult, but Finnish is WAY more difficult (but there are no impossible languages to learn!).

As a Vikings fan it is both hard and hard not to draft someone like Aaron Rodgers when he is available on the board as I am sure it is hard to draft Peterson if you are a Packer fan or Jason Witten if you are a Redskins fan. You do it because you want to win your league but that also means you are hoping he does well. I found myself last year hoping Rodgers would throw for 300+ yards and 3+ touchdowns a game and being happy when he did (I of course was but hoping the Packers lost every game). I have never actually been arrested for possession or for smoking marijuana, but I have been in trouble for it. When I was 17 I was living on a military base overseas and received probation when an NCIS investigation uncovered that I had smoked with some other kids 3 months prior to being questioned. All I received was probation. Then when I was 23, and in college, I was in an on-campus apartment, and was caught by the university police with a "usable amount" of marijuana and paraphernalia, I was suspended from the unveristy but was reinstated within a week under the condition that I make use of the unversity counseling services. Will these incidents prevent me from getting from getting hired for "real" post college jobs or from becoming an officer in the Air Force?

Is there an easy way of finding a uni course with low UMS marks?

Basically i didn't do as well as i should have in my Alevels last summer. i got an unconditional offer to a uni and defered the place. now i no longer want to do the course and think that the uni is far to far away from home. but bacause i did quite badly it doesn't look too hopeful finding a course that has lower entry requirements. i didn't fulfill my potential so my grades don't reflect my ability. A story ran on MSNBC today about an Applebees in California that mistakenly served a toddler a mixed drink instead of apple juice. Apparently, the drink and the juice were kept in identical colored pitchers, so the person who filled the order just wasn't paying attention when he poured the liquid into the toddler's sippy cup. The toddler got sick and had to be taken to the hospital due to vomitting. He was fine in a matter of hours. Applebees told the mother of the child that she could have free meals there from now on... and the mother said, "No way -- that's ridiculous to think that I'd ever go back to Applebees again!" My question is this: If the same thing happened to you, would you stop going to Applebees altogether, or would you take their offer to eat there for free??

Ok, I worked at a bingo hall for 3 years and absolutely loved it! It has been 2 years since I was employed there. In the last month of my employment with them, I found a position that was paying better, and it was closer to home. In the end I was "let go" because of me having two jobs. GERBILS FIGHTING! - Male Gerbils Have Suddenly Started Fighting. ?

I have 7 male gerbils livign in a tank together, they are a little over a year old . they have lived together fine since they were born, they are all definately male. However last night they had a mive fight. Only one gerbil (snowy) was injured. we kept an eye on them today. and they all seem to be fighting with one another. About half are seriously injured the other half are fine. as I say they have never had so much as a scratch on any of them. Wondering if anyone has experianced anything similar or has any advice, because my other gl tank is currently occupied by my female gerbil so i dont really have anywhere to keep the injured ones or trouble making ones. They have enough food and water and space so I really dont know what they are fighting over. Any help?
