Can I drive a British-registered car in Singapore?

It allow for less than 10 years car.with Special permit,and subject to p the test, and to be use on the road not more than 3 month.the driver must not Singaporean/PR or any one hold all type of work p (EP/S-P/WP ) or with more than 6 month social visit p/visa.IS not allow to register any New/Use car from UK. all new car direct ship from UK manufacturer to local agent must cover Factory test report specification's ( p EURO 4 ) .So better get a new or use car here.
