NEW SONGS FOR MY MP3?

Can anyone think of some new songs I can put on my MP3? no country or hard rock. I like new artists like lady gaga but I got all her music. I am also big on r&b and some rap( rap like lupe fiasco, not dumb stuff like young jeezy) rap that says something meaningful and does not just talk about girls and money. Any ideas?
