Zuning and Ripping music from sites and puting it on Zune Programing...helP!?

I have a Zune and have got tons of youtube stuff on it. I use a free website ( a href="http://www.media-convert.com" rel="nofollow"http://www.media-convert.com/a ) . Simply copy and paste the URL, choose the format you want (you want MP4 - ZUNE) and the site will convert it to a file you can download and put onto your Zune. It's really easy....
