Is there any Washington State law permitting me to break my appartment lease due to cigarette smoke?

My husband is severly asthmatic. We had to find an appartment fast, because we were relocating due to work. Come to find out the appartment (we signed a one year lease and its only been two months) is a smokers building! Is there anyway I can break my lease without paying anything to leave? Its critical to his health.
