I throw up a lot, with blood in my stool...what is causing this?

About 3 years ago, i started throwing up. No warning, no pain, i would be working, break into a sweat and vomit. No pain, no warning...I went to the ER, they claimed it was acid reflux...the anti naseua meds they gave me did NOT work, the script for the acid reflux made no changes. Then 5 visits later (roughly 3 months) they gave my gallbladder an ultra sound. The said it needed to be removed, no gall stones, just some sludge. By this time, i was having chest pains, and was throwing up 4-5 times a day, surprisingly, i lost no weight..So they removed my gall bladder...found nothing wrong with my gall bladder....and in all actuality, it made my situation worse, now instead of just throwing up, i was throwing up, and using the bathroom as soon as i swallowed anything. My job at this time decided they had no more patience. I was fired..The doctor that took my gall bladder out gave me a series of tests...they put a camera down my stomach,found an ulcer, it still did not stop me from vomitings, then they had me take a test that included me walking around for 24 hours with a tube down my throat, i didnt make it 24 hours, as i threw up, and the tube came out. This has not been resolved, i can't work because once i start sweating, im throwing up, once i start doing anything usually. oddly, if i chew gum, sometimes it helps fight the urge to vomit. 5 days ago, it has gotten worse...i throw up every day, instead of every 2-3 days, i throw up if im doing anything or not, ive had diarrhea with blood in my stool...my stomach feels like its burning. my chest still hurts...i filed disability, and im at my wits end. i dont want to be disabled, i loved working, and i had a great fun high paying job, (good year tire company). Now im reduced to unemployment, and i cant keep my food down long enough to work. i need help. im desperate.
