How’s everyone doing? PART TWO?

Ok, so like I said two days ago, I thought my life was going to be ended right? I was at work trying to "scale" this German dude off site but, his truck was way over "gross" so I had to back him up off the scales so he could adjust an axel or two, needless to say, he was pi55ed and acted like it was my flippin' fault his truck was overweight so, as I'm flagging traffic out of his way, he tries to plow through the gate!, after realizing that he would not get through, he slams his rig in reverse almost hitting the gaurd shack, stops and pulls out what appeared to be a weapon, a gun perhaps, it was and it was aimed straight at me! I hollered to my partner to get down as I dropped to the floor after all, this is a restricted site for fire arms therefore, I do not carry a weapon while working this facillity. 911 was called and on site immediately and the German was hauled off the premmisis. Later we found out that his gun had jammed and only had one bullet in it.
