What is the best internet service i could get?

I am wondering what the best internet service i could get is??? i have hughes net right now because of where i live...AND IT IS AWFUL!!! the equipment is way overpriced and its a total ripoff....its worse than a 56k.....im a gamer and i love to play games that you have to stream....and hughes net is **** for anything like this...whenever i play i am always at 1300 latency+ these conditions are unplayable....but this cant be the best internet service for people that live out in the boonies.....is there any other internet service out there i could get that is a lot faster, and more efficient....that would make my life a hell of a lot easier...thank you i can hardly do anything with this complete rip off company hughes net, i heard theres some kind of plan you can get with your cell phone company??? we tried that with verizon but they just gave us this little "internet card" and id get charged outrageous amounts of money because i wouldnt turn it off when im done with using the internet...which is completely retarded....i like to use the internet for a good few hours, i want something where i can use the internet 24/7 without an overcharge.....
