Problems with Sims 3 VIP?

Well, the Sims staff does not send out e-mails regarding the Sims 3's updates everyday. So when you first start your VIP account, they will send you an e-mail thanking you for signing up. Then after this, they will send you news and codes whenever they have any. Hope this helps!
