Can't find rims?

I recently bought a 2007 Chevy Cobalt and I was looking for rims to go with it in addition to the spoiler I'm getting added on. The problem is though, it has 15" wheels with four lugs. I was hoping someone could find a place where I can get some nice/not too expensive, preferably chrome rims as close to delaware county/philadephia Pennsylvania as possible. Thanks :)
