I NEED HELP, I DONT KNOW HOW TO MAKE OUT! please?

I have made out before, but i wwas drunk and i heard i was pretty good, but when i sobered up, i heard i was sloppy, major morale kill. i know its kidna hard to explain how to do this, butplz try!! thanks
