Can India defend the score of 302 runs?

I reckon India can secure this match in their favor. After being bowled out for 131 in the 1st innings, SA will be under immense pressure to chase down 303. If Kallis and De Villiars can make 100+ partnership here, than chasing 303 will be quite simple for them, but in these conditions making 100+ partnership is very difficult.
