Where can I find an online radio station to DJ on ?

I'm a DJ with Serato and all and I'd like to have more exposure than just playing gigs in my hometown. I currently play: Hip Hop, Top 40, DanceHall, Reggae and R&B. Anybody know where I could look or anybody interested in hiring me?
