I just need to know if i should let go or try to get back together?

ok i was dating this guy for 6 mths after four months he moved me in with him well basically we already lived together i just took him to work and his clothes were at his apartment well after our 6 mth anniversary he never said happy anniversary never told me happy birthday and never also told me happy valentines day even though i bought him stuff for valentines day and for his birthday but i really loved him and i need to know should i move on or should i try to get back together with him, he used to always call me fat ugly and whole lot more names. when we broke up he said that all he wanted was a slave to cook clean and wait on him. but at times he was a really sweet person. i miss him but dont think that i should have to put up with name calling and theres a chance that i may be pregnant but i dnt want to go back just for that cause.
