Kiss on the....?

So I'm starting to hang out with his new guy, and we both like each other. We have kissed and cuddled and all that. Yesterday, we went out to the movies. I had my head on his shoulder, and he just looked over at me, really sweet look in his eyes, and kissed me on the forehead... He kissed me a couple more times on the forehead and by my temple, plus all the normal ones. Does it mean something more when you are just startin to see a guy if they kiss you on the forehead? It seemed so sincere and sweet, like he must really have feelings for me. Also, this is a guy who doesn't like to show public affection, none of his friends have ever seen him act this way with anyone else. **By the way, we're in our early 20's**
