Please help! What's the cost of using Visa Electron in Britain (I have an EU/euro account)?

Hello! Does anyone know how much it costs to withdraw cash with a Visa Electron card in foreign countries, more specifically in Scotland? I come from Finland, i.e. a country with euros (my bank account is Finnish as well), so I think the bank might charge me for the exchange of the currency that occurs in the process of my money "being sent" from Finland to Scotland? Is this true and how much do they charge? And are there any other fees? Help!!! I've been using my electron here for a month and I'm afraid I'm losing a lot of money.
