Jumping rope?????
if i jump rope for about 30 minutes each day( in diffrent variations) example...lik criss corss and jumping like as if ur running...how long will it be till i see results cuz they say that jumping rope is better cardio then running and i dont really wanna go outside and have people looing at me running so id rather jump rope but im tryin to lose some weight in a month...im eating healthy and i do 100 crunches in teh morning and after noon and i jump rope for 30 minutes in the morning and after noon....if im 5'4 and i weight 1 30 pounds how much weight can u estimnate that ill lose in about a month with the workout im doing?????
