I have it wrapped with an ace bandage like the doc said. Im a competitve person and love running and in track so i would like to get back up on my feet soon before im out for the season. So far ive been sitting on the sidelines for 4 weeks and it still hurts like crazy. Plus i want my mom to stop yelling at me for limping everytime i move my foot. i already know to move my ankle to the alphbet but i need other advice without having to go to the theripist and waste 100 buck. Please and thank you people of the internet! :D
