I need help on a shirt designnnn .?

I am going to a heart walk thing and i have to walk 3 miles in an oversized tee shirt , is there any cute design that anyone can suggest ? wether its cutting and re-designing it , or painting it ? it is blue , like the orig blue...blue , and it has a white heart on the back with white words in it and nothing on the front , please help
