Since both your psychiatrist and psychologist cannot come to a consensus, I think you should seek the opinion of a third professional, either a psychologist or psychiatrist, your choice. If one of them decides it's schizophrenia or bipolar disorder, then one of them would "win" by 2-1 and you could safely ume that is probably what you have. Or if you are exhibiting some symptoms of both, you may have what is known as schizoaffective disorder, which is sometimes thought of as an "in-between" between schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Regardless of what it is, keep taking the Abilify for now, and consult with another professional for a third opinion. Good luck.
